TERMS & CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1 - PARTICIPANTS

1.1  This promotion is only open to residents of The United Kingdom. A Participant (“Participant”) is a person who is resident in The United Kingdom and who is at least 18 years of age. Employees of Logitech Europe S.A, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The promotion is only open to participants purchasing for their own use i.e. end users. Logitech Europe S.A reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and/or to exclude Participants at its sole discretion at any time for any reason. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.

1.2 Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt or invoice that states the time and date of purchase prior to registering a claim, but within the Registration Period, as this will be required for validation. Internet access, a valid email address and a [UK/French/Spanish] bank account are required.

ARTICLE 2 - HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1   This promotion is open to customers who purchase a participating keyboard and mouse (“participating product combination”) within one transaction on Logitech.com. To be eligible for cash back, the Participant must purchase the participating product combination from the list of participating products listed in article 3.2.

2.2.  Purchase Period: To take advantage of this promotion, Participants must purchase a participating product combination between 00:01 on 15^th May 2024 and 23:59 on 30^th June 2024 (inclusive) or until a maximum of 300 registrations have been made, whichever comes soonest. The Promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock.

2.3  Registration Period: Participants must then register their cashback claim by visiting www.logitech-rewards.com/ between 00:01 on 15^th May 2024 and 31^st July 2024 (inclusive) or until a maximum of 300 registrations have been made.

2.4 To Register: Participants must submit their full name, postal address, email address, bank details, copy of original proof of purchase and the serial number of the promotional devices (“Registration Process”). Fully completed and correct claim forms, together with a copy of the original receipt, must be received no later than 30^th June 2024 (or until 300 registrations have been made), but Participants who have completed the Registration Process by 30^th June (or before 300 registrations have been made) will have until 15^th August to amend their claim if any details provided within it are incorrect. Once a claim is received a confirmation of receipt will be sent by email to the Participant’s email addressed submitted during the Registration Process.

2.5 A maximum of 300 claims are permitted throughout the Registration Period. A maximum of three claims are permitted per Participant during the Promotion.

2.6  The first 300 Participants to register by making a valid purchase of a participating product combination in one transaction, providing all required details within the Registration Process and providing a valid proof pf purchase will be eligible for the relevant level of cashback as listed in article 3.1 providing they have made a valid claim. Each cash back claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or cash back offer against the participating products, as stated in Article 3.2.

2.7   Proof of purchase must be a legible copy of the original retail receipt or invoice clearly showing the retailer name, date of purchase, product names and purchase prices of the participating product combination in one transaction. Documentation submitted for this offer will not be returned.

2.8  Logitech Europe S.A will deliver the relevant level of cashback as listed in article 3.1 via BACS transfer, within 28 days of validation of a claim. The Promoter will only make bank transfer to an account that is set up in the country where the Participant made the purchase of the participating products.

ARTICLE 3 – CASH BACK

3.1       The cash back offer is as listed below against the applicable products:

3.3  Where the cash back payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient. Participants are liable for any associated bank charges and such charges will be deducted by a Participant’s bank from the cash back amount.

3.4 In the event that a Participant returns the product to the seller, the Participant will not be entitled to claim cash back and any claim will be thereafter dismissed.  For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way the customer’s right to exercise their applicable statutory or warranty rights..

ARTICLE 4 - THE PROMOTER

4.1  The promoter is: Logitech Europe S.A having its principal place of business at EPFL - Quartier de l'Innovation, Daniel Borel Innovation Center, 1015, Lausanne, Switzerland .

ARTICLE 5 – DATA

5.1  Upon registration, the participant will have provided their personal data to Logitech Europe S.A and it will be transferred to Benamic, having its principle place of business at IDA Business &, Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland, to carry out the promotion and conduct marketing and quality control analysis. Logitech Europe S.A and its agents are responsible for securely storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data wholly in accordance with applicable local Data Protection Laws and Regulations. By registering, the participant consents to these terms and conditions and Logitech Europe S.A’s privacy policy which can be found at: www,logitech-rewards.com. By ticking the relevant optional box on the online registration form, the participant also consents to Logitech Europe S.A and it’s relevant entities and/or their agents to process their data for the purposes of advising participants of other promotions, new products and services, and for future marketing and quality control analysis. Each time you receive any promotional electronic communication you will have the opportunity to opt-out. Participants have the right to consult and request rectification of their information as held by the promoter. ARTICLE 6 - DISCLAIMER

6.1  No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or for those claims not received by the closing date.

6.2  Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for claims to be processed.

6.3  Logitech Europe S.A and its agencies will not be liable for any costs incurred by the participant relating to the promotion.

6.4 Logitech Europe S.A shall not be liable for any delayed claims of any nature with regard to this promotion. 

6.5  Logitech Europe S.A will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

6.6  Logitech Europe S.A seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you participate in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim/s (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any cashback awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from participating in future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

1. Verify the eligibility of participantss through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Participating and/or cashback payment may be withheld until verification is completed.
2. Disqualify claims that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify claims made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk claims from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

 ARTICLE 7 - JURISDICTION

7.1       These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which a Participant has purchased the participating product combination and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
